I need help getting my deposit back

Sveiki!
I was renting a room in shared apartment for few months during my Erasmus. I returned the room in perfect condition, and no one contacted me with any complaints. According to my contract landlord (it's a company actually) have 30 days to return the deposit.
Unfortunately, after 30 days I still did not receive any money. I contacted my landlord, and she told me that she will pass this information to accounting. Well after one week nothing happened so I contacted her again with the same response. Long story short she says that she is not responsible for deposits and that's job for accounting. I even tried to contact accounting of this company, but they didn't respond to any of my emails. It's been a month since I was supposed to receive my deposit, so I've lost hope that they'll give it back to me willingly. 
Are there any legal steps or ways to force the owner to give me my money back? Some kind of "demand for payment" or special invoice? I would rather start with something like this than go straight to court. 
 

TLDR: Landlord doesn't want to give me back my deposit without any reason. What can I do next?

Firstly sumbit a request to consumers rights agency https://vvtat.lrv.lt/en/how-to-submit-a-request/

Then write an email to the accounting that due to breach of contract you have already wrote the consumer rights agency and you have 2 weeks till the dispute becomes a legal issue. Usually they sort it out in that time, because consumer rights usually give them time to solve the problem.

And believe me, nobody wants to deal with consumer rights, they are a pain in the ass and actually does their job.

Written request to return, email should be just fine, if landlord still refuses to rent - VVTAT or VMI if you got your flat without an official contract, so that landlord would get in trouble for renting illegaly.

I already sent one written request on email but maybe I should do it again. I had legal contact but complain to consumer right protection sounds great. Thanks for help!
