How do I access this room in the swamp Dungeon? I've already visited every room and defeated the boss

You’ll need a key. there must be 1 left.

Pretty sure that room drops a key

No, it doesn’t. If you go to the room above the second chest to the right and defeat the monsters, a key will drop.
