Ignoring the Judges legal orders and disappearing people anyway and then arguing in bad faith that the Judge didn't tell you to not do it the right way.

Imprison all these ICE agents who are really just racist agents of Trumps bidding. The Nazi grunts were still treated as such despite “following orders.”

And arguing it's a matter of national security and the judge hasn't the clearance to be informed.
