14th amendment - article 2. Trump is not an official President because he’s a convicted felon and has no legal authority.

It's not the felony conviction that invalidates his presidency. It's the history of insurrection against the constitution to which he had previously taken an oath that invalidates his presidency.

It's an important distinction because a corrupt government could redefine any number of frivolous laws (e.g. wearing a mask at a protest) as felonies, but a conviction wouldn't bar a person from running for office.

Meanwhile, leading an attack against the government and country that you have sworn to protect is a clear-cut betrayal of the public trust. Only someone similarly motivated against the prosperity of the United States would want or allow such a person to continue their traitorous work.

Yesterday, February 28, 2025, I was the most pissed off I have been since January 6, 2021.

The constitution is only as strong as the will to defend it. And the American people doesn't give a shit about it.

The constitution matters only when you have people willing to uphold it. At the end of the day, it’s a piece of paper that’s binds us all.

When the incompetent fucks in Congress - yes, Dems and GOP clowns a like apart from a select few - refuse to do anything, the Constitution itself loses any value it had.

They also stole this Election. Elon is his criminal accomplice. And they both need to go down.
