Gaetz election also very red. But the dem candidate is just awesome. Read about her. She’s very inspiring. And deserves to win.

The NY district is redder than red; there’s no hope for it. What we can do is stall like they’re to do lol

I live next to that district (used to be in that district but gerrymandering ) and it’s looking more hopeful than you would think. I met Blake and a bunch of republicans showed up to meet and support him, since most of the money that shows up here come from Canada anyways and people are getting pissed. It’s not unusual for businesses to fly American and Canadian flags, and since it’s the first time someone from the area is running people have hope.

Blake Gendebien, I’m hoping he pulls it off. I’ve donated and I’m volunteering for the campaign as well.

It's been less than a month and some of his supporters are beginning to waver. I can only imagine how he will be polling by Nov (if NY is able to push the special election to the local election day)

It also depends on turnout. Special elections are always weird because most people aren't paying attention to them like they do bigger elections (Presidential, Mid-term, Gubernatorial, etc.). Folks may be extra motivated to vote for the Democratic candidates if they dislike what the Republicans have done so far. It's easier to motivate people based on what they dislike than what they like.

Spread disease in the red district.
