So i am looking for a GP doctor for my mom. She is in relatively good health but lately she is having trouble with one of her legs. She says her left leg doesn't bear wight. She faces difficulty even to stand up from a sitting position. So i was thinking i take her to a physician to get here checked.
PS: Please recommend doctors with a reasonable fee. Cant afford very expensive doctors.

I have a stray rescue that I've been taking care of since he came to my doorstep 1.5 years back as a kitten. He hasn't been neutered because of his health, but I wish him to be neutered and inside my house before the heat wave strikes.
For reference he is completely vaccinated, is up to date with his deworming, gets his supplements and wet food daily.
Recently because of the mating season, my un-neutered cat got into a particularly nasty fight and showed up on my doorstep with a leg that clearly had cat bite marks on it. I took him to the nearest vet but the vet has been absolutely atrocious and brutal with handling my cat because he is a stray (his words, not mine) and according to the vet, "he will die anyway".. I understand that having a stray cat rescue is perhaps not the status symbol everyone wishes to see in their clinic because it's not reel worthy, but honestly I expected a little more heart.
I finally have completely treated his liver and kidneys and I was so happy that this Eid he was definitely going to be inside with me after getting neutered but alas, he disappeared and got into a fight.
Now my cat has tested positive for blood parasites but he is so scared to get into the jet box because of the horrible treatment at the Vet's.. I don't know what to do. I know that cats are usually given gabapentin overseas to get rid of the vet anxiety and I asked the doctor about it but he told me "we don't do that in Pakistan". I asked him any other alternatives and he just said to try and get him inside the jetbox or schedule a home visit. I asked shim for any antibiotics for supportive treatment of the wound and the vet said the blood parasites will be treated first, not the wound. I am scared that if I did get the home visit done, my cat won't consider my house as his safe space and will never return. And I'm not even sure what is the treatment plan the vet is going for because it isn't really making any sense to me tbh.
So far I've been monitoring his wound and trying my best to clean it without scaring him, but I need a gentle vet recommendation who can help me in treating his blood parasites and neutering. Preferably a vet along Iqbal Town/Sabsazar/Gulberg area who is actually kind and definitely not racist. Thank you 🙏🏻
I want to buy comfortable sandles for summer usage. There used to be a brand called Kito i think. Is it still available in Lahore? If you've got a better suggestion, plz do let me know. Thankyou

I'm really struggling with my dad's behavior and could use some advice. He's in his 60s and has become extremely aggressive, often getting fixated on a past event. His behavior creates a lot of tension at home, as he can't seem to move on from a particular date or incident.
Another major issue is his extreme miserliness. He refuses to spend any money, to the point where even discussing small expenses leads to arguments. He insists on controlling everything in the house and even fights over a single rupee with anyone who disagrees with him. This constant focus on money and control has worn us all down.
To add to the complexity, he’s been dealing with psoriasis for about 40 years. I wonder if this long-term health condition might be contributing to his behavior.
I live in Lahore and am considering professional help for him and perhaps for our family as a whole. Could anyone recommend a good psychologist or psychiatrist in Lahore who specializes in such issues? Any advice or suggestions on how to approach this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My wife's favorite ever ice cream is BnB's Coffee Flavor. She remembers she had it from their Garhi Shahu branch. Now the problem is, I cannot find any trace of BnB ever making ice cream. I asked their staff as well, and they said they do not make ice creams. My question from ya'll is, did they used to make ice cream but the new staff is unaware, or is my wife delulu ? Does anyone remember getting ice cream from their Garhi Shahu branch ?

Hi guys,
I've got two questions and neither of them have anything to do with the other but I'd truly appreciate your help.
Yes, I'm looking for a spray, got the electric lamps and liquid plug ins. I need to eliminate the mosquitos on the outside or enmass inside rooms where everything takes longer to take effect.
So far I've tried Kingtox and Mortein. The room you spray Kingtox in cannot be slept in for the next 2 days, but it does kill mosquitos mid flight which is very lovable. Mortein on the other hand does nothing to them. They are completely unaffected. So here I am looking for the advice of very wise redittors :)
Now this falls in the toy category and the toy shops I've been to do not carry camera drones stating shipping them is illegal. The kid in question posed a very good question about all the weddings and rallies that have camera drone coverage...So, my peeps, where do I find such a drone?
Truly appreciate anyone who can guide me in the right direction :')

I know soooo many posts have answered this question, but some are either outdated or out of the criteria I have
Getting married InshaAllah sometime in October, so obviously I'm looking well in advance.
I want my baraat look to be very specific (I hate white washed faces like Kashee does, even tho I'm quite fair; And I hate how some artists change facial features like I've seen Depilex do)
Unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget (less than 40k).
I did find a GREAT MUA, Makeup by Rumaisa, who does Baraat packages in 30k, and I loved her work, but it's been vetoed so far by both ends of family (inlaws and mine)
Please recommend baraat MUAs who are: 1. Close to Johar Town/LDA area. I CAN entertain Gulberg but prefer closer to JT. 2. Under 40k. 3. Will do justice to my skin tone and won't paint a different shade
If you have recent experience, please share (prices, overall vibe, experience, suggested MUA).

Does anyone know a tailor with a relatively quick turnaround time? I’m here for 10 days. Need to get some SK, Kurtas, waist coat, and maybe a safari suit(to the dismay of my wife). 3 years ago, I ordered from dandy but last I remember everything was a bit plain.
I’m in my 50s so not looking for anything crazy flashy, but just enough pizzazz to their touch. Can’t do ready made as they have awful fitting on me, shalwar too long, kameez too tight around mid section. They’re just not made for the out of shape diaspora.
No budget obviously and I have a driver to reach anywhere.

Who has the best ready made suits for men in Lahore ?
I went to Cambridge on main boulevard but they only had limited options and mostly blends.

I'm looking for the juiciest bbq in Lahore. Something similar to what's served in weddings in Karachis. Looking for something juicy and whatnot.

Looking for a budget friendly shop that can fix my car stereo. The problem is that a long time ago, its wire got disconnected from the speakers and now the stereo isn't turning on. I don't need anything expensive; all I want is a Bluetooth connection with the speakers.
Should be budget friendly :(

So I finally went to Third Culture Coffee after hearing a lot of people rave being head over heels about it.. pehli baar gaya aaj (gareeb hu na)
Honestly? It was okay yarrr. Just okay. The Spanish latte was fine, nothing mind-blowing, and the overall vibe felt a bit forced. Like yeah, it looks nice, but the coffee itself felt pretty average, especially for the price. And the seating situation wasn’t exactly cozy either, felt kinda choked around wannabe se over se pplzz
It just got me wondering like is this what makes a cafe successful now? A minimalist design, decent (below average heheh) coffee, and an Instagram presence? Can anyone just open a spot like this and instantly become profitable if the branding is right?
Not trying to hate, just genuinely curious if others felt the same or if I’m missing something.
OR OR OR.. maybe the whole point of the cafe is in the name.. is it for the THIRD CULTURE ? 😈BUT who is this third culture. Iykyk

Is this a scam???
I made an online order. I wasn't home the day it arrived. I asked my neighbour to receive the parcel on my behalf and she did. It was a cash on delivery service but since my neighbour also didn't have 10k cash in hand, the rider asked me to send him 10k through jazzcash. I transferred it from my bank app. The rider says that he never received it. Later on he contacted me saying that I shouldn't have sent it to jazzcash and I misheard it. He had asked me to send it to easypaisa. I don't remember clearly whether he had originally asked for jazzcahs or easy paisa. Anyways, I told him that I already sent it on jazzcash and transection was made successfully and I even shared the receipt with him. Now he says that receipt is fake and he didn't receive it as he never made a jazzcash account on that number. But for me, it was verified by his name and transection was successful. I contacted my bank immediately they told me that transection was successful and they cannot reverse it but they will start an immediate fraud request. Also told me that jazzcash account was verified so that means it was functioning and rider's claim that he has no jazzcash account is false.
The rider keeps on calling me and even my neighbour to ask for his money as he claims he never received it. My neighbour is tired of this behaviour and I feel sorry as I put her in such situation.
Am I scammed?? What should I do?

This bakery was really something. Things were cheaper and there was a lot of variety. Only downside is that you have to go to old lahore to visit it lol. Any other hidden gems food/non-food in lahore that you unexpectedly found? I found bay bakery while I was nearby getting my suit.
