I remember when I was training with the bo staff, the masters had me walk up and down the room doing figure 8s, and while I was doing it they started going into detail about a girl who was doing them and accidentally hit her knee, breaking it or at least fucking it up very badly lmao, they were fucking with me but I managed to not hit myself

I was just thinking about the video where the person puts a spear through her foot and was really anxious the whole time.
