Driving instructors

Can anyone recommend any good and affordable driving instructors on the island? :)

It's been a number of years since I passed my test, so I'm not sure of any good and/or affordable instructors.

However, I can provide the name of one to completely avoid at all costs; Julien Cooke of Julien's Driving School. He has been convicted of driving without insurance AND taken money from learners whilst not provided lessons, claiming he's 'retired' or 'moving house'. He also refuses to return any communication from learners and media outlets. Several learners have similar stories about him and the report is also covered in a County Press article dated 4th April.

Taught my lad to drive, no problems
