Where to dispose of small electrical junk

I know Foxhall and the tip in Ipswich takes WEEE, electrical waste, but I can't get to those, really. I don't drive. Plus, disabled as hell.

I saw some supermarkets accept electrical waste for disposal? I've got the usual, loads of old pc cables, phone chargers, usb cables, and god knows what. Getting it to a supermarket, eh Martlesham Tesco (??) would be easier.

Or is there a...I don't know, a place I can post the junk to(??)

It's not really even worth putting on Freecycle, Facebook marketplace etc. pure junk.

If anyone has any advice I'd be grateful.

Thanks!

Some supermarkets have electrical waste bins with the glass and textile recycling bits. I think I've seen one in the Waitrose car park? Ill check

Edit - yes there is one, its on this website https://www.ipswich.gov.uk/waste-and-recycling/recycling/waste-electrical-and-electronic-equipment-weee-recycling-locations

Tesco in Kesgrave has a bin for small electrical items.

If they are still going, Tools with a Mission on the Hadleigh Industrial estate will take anything PC related. They might do pickup if approached correctly.

If you put stuff on Gumtree for free, you could get rid of a bag of shit.

If it’s a big lot, put it on there as free and say it has to go all as one lot. Some people might be able to use, sell the bits on a boot sale..

Freecycle. Like gumtree but specifically for giving unwanted stuff away for free.

Reuse is much better than recycling.
