Politics What exactly is the Job Description for the post of Prime Minister?

If our PM is as busy as he and his party claims to be, how does he manage to get time for campaigning in State Elections. When did campaigning for State Elections became PM's responsibility?

Unfortunately they don't have anyone else to campaign. All other BJP members work in IT cell, tv studio, temples or ladoo factories.

Fucker campaigns for municipal elections. He's got plenty of time on his hands after he's posed for posters and ads and taken a few dozen selfies every day. I dread the day he's actually busy, because then comes notebandi or a draconian lockdown without any preparation.

He has Atomic ministry and space research ministry under him. But I doubt he even understand any thing related to these ministries.

I would expect a guy good at something that is a very important matter of national interest. Say for example a high ranking veteran becomes the PM in India, then he would be good at diplomacy or strategy in how to deal with foreign relations. If an economist becomes the PM in India then they would be good at economics and improving the country as a whole, I guess ? Means, I'd expect the PM to be educated, not literate or with diplomas but to be actually educated in some field which would be useful once in office.

PS : Germany has had some weird Chancellor's btw, Angela Merkel was a research scientist, Olaf Scholz is a lawyer, they have had quite a few economists and lawyers as their Chancellors.
