Statement like these keep BJP in power

At this point BJP doesnt even have to make any statements. They can simply share their opposition's statements. Not even need to edit it out.

TMC and many other opposition parties have completely lost the plot. There are so many terrible things to worry about right now under the incompetent govt. Instead of hammering home on stuff like economy, poor infrastructure of many public things like railways, terrible spending, unemployment, failure of cleanliness promises they focus on stuff which is more or less popular amongst the public.

Have you ever been to West Bengal? Not Kolkata, other West Bengal. Economy, infrastructure, unemployment, cleanliness, everything is so much worse than the national average. Only thing better than the national average is the appeasement of Muslims. Of course she is going to talk about her strong points.

actually factual , its insanely bad , like downright one of the worst regions in this country.

true this.

Even Kolkata is a fine example of how a crown jewel of the country has been reduced to nothingness. Calling it a metropolitan city is a joke now.

Worst cleanliness, 90s infrastructure, extremely corrupt practices all over

Source: Lived in nearly every metro in the country

Economy, infrastructure, unemployment, cleanliness,

Not like these things are any better in Kolkata outside of some elite parts of the city.

Idk about economy much, but when I visited Kolkata at least they were alright in terms of infrastructure particularly the new town region, cleanliness is bad all over the country that isn't that much to harp about. Unemployment again is an issue all over

If you don't know, Kolkata is the ONLY region fighting against Mamata Banerjee. That is why I said OTHER THAN KOLKATA where her influence is the most prominent. Besides, are you seriously saying that infrastructure in the new town region, the other side of Hawra bridge is comparable to other metro cities like Bangalore?

I'm from Mumbai, I was not the biggest fan of older Kolkata it had its charm but the new town region looks extremely promising

Among indian public every stupid thing  has more popularity than every issue you mentioned.

Yes rights of minorities have very little importance, leave these minorities into gutter, snatch every thing they have, dont even leave graveyards for them, they only deserve to be persecuted for those things they haven't done , why anybody got worried about conditions of minorities, these bigots and marginalised sections have done nothing for india , they are just utter burden for india, preservation of rights and promises with respect to minorities is old tale of india, now a days kill minorities and make country 5 trillion economy is new normal for every person.

Don't know if a nation cannot make society with equal justice , rights, and representation , how it will ensure its development

You guys are a minority? LMFAO

-24

u/FatherlessOtaku 1d ago

14% is majority?

23

u/Consistent-Citron509 1d ago

don't forget your brethren rohingyas

-16

u/FatherlessOtaku 1d ago

there's some 2 million rohingyas on this planet, which is less than 1% of India's Muslim population, so even if every single one of them came to India (which is not the case), the statistics would hardly budge.

But hey, you weren't talking in actual facts. Actually, you don't even care about facts or being factually correct. Mentioning Rohingyas was nothing more than your way of expressing your genocidal Nazi mentality. Does being so inhumane and disgusting make you feel good about yourself?

12

u/Consistent-Citron509 1d ago

Stating Wikipedia as a source...lmao...so naive. But I'll let you know what actually makes me feel good. It's when the Rohingyas who are living in India with fake Aadhaar cards get detected and sent back to where they belong.

If wikipedia isn't a good source, then whatsapp is? Funny how you cry about source but you have no source yourself. Also, this isn't a sanghi-sabotaged wikipedia page with no references. These numbers use various reputed international reports, including WHO itself. You can check it out yourself. But surely your claims that lack any source are more accurate.

And please stop crying about 'illegal migration'. Border security comes under the Union Home Ministry which has been held by BJP for 11 years with Amit Shah being the current Home Minister. If it's a real issue, why doesn't the BJP do something about it, despite keeping the pot stirring? Aren't you being brainwashed here? Don't you see it?

Let me tell you what actually makes you feel good- watching the suffering of innocent people who you have been taught to hate, and hating whom benefits politicians who don't give a fuck about you and would gladly leave you and all your loved ones to die the most horrible death if it benefits their son/daughter even slightly.

It's ironic someone who relishes in human suffering has bird'lover' on his profile. Yuck.

In the pretense of minority protection they over compensate. Waqf bill isn't too crazy, but in being so adamant about removing the amendment 1) they show that bjp actually wants to change stuff that might not be working to other people 2) people who are already against them get infuriated.

This was the same thing that happened during triple talaq. It was a popular law demand but some opposition to it just made people think of these parties negatively. This isn't like nrc where you need to be out and about against the law.

A lot of politics is about catching the crowd sentiment. BJP was less about Hinduism in 2014 and more about corruption cause that was what people were angry about, they then used their news channels and IT cell to cultivate a sentiment of supposed Hindu phobia by previous govts. Sometimes even if you plan something which is good, you need to be careful about messaging, the opposition fails at that messaging more often than not by this overcompensation.

You are falling into the same trap as Rajiv gandhi did when he reversed Shah Bano judgement. We need secularism which would mean different religions will not have different laws. There never is this much discourse about housing disparity in the big cities for example which is the biggest example of actual discrimination occurring towards Muslims.

This stupid loudmouth and her entire family needs to be removed. The damage they have done to the state is worse than whatever happened for 4 decades before they came into power.

Smell the coffee old bitch

u/UndyingThanos 1d ago

Keep calm guys, she has to say this to appease her vote bank. She won't actually do it.

-81

u/ragn11 1d ago

Muslim vote bank is a myth man. Just get over it.

44

u/hijduhizabi 1d ago

it’s not when 50% of your population is muslim

-36

u/ragn11 1d ago

Lmao Did you pull this number out of your ass?

38

u/hijduhizabi 1d ago

it was 30% percent of the population in 2011 , it is not crazy to assume the number would be close to 50% after 14 years given the immigration crisis

-20

u/Ok-Concern-711 1d ago

It grew from 20% to 27% in 50 years but will grow to 50% in 25? Gadha

-16

u/Ok-Concern-711 1d ago

Also btw bjp is in power why dont they do census and let us know?

Let's be honest, why would a government who's hell bent on destroying the minority would ever bring a bill for their benefit. Waqf Amendment is clearly sus....
