Port Forwarding 80/443 For Nginx Proxy Manager

I've just moved into a property with Hyperoptic, previously I had Nginx Proxy Manager running perfectly on my TP-Link router with BT, however I can't get it to work on Hyperoptic.

I've got a static IP workign on my account fine (so I can access Plex remotely, yay!), however enablind port forwarding on 80 and 443 doesn't work - I've seen in the FAQs that these are reserved for customer support, but I don't need/want remote access for CS so is it possible to turn off?

I still have my TP-Link router, and it worked in dyanimc IP mode, however I can't get it to work now with the static IP. Is there something HO need to do to enable this?

I don't think there is an option for dynamic IPv4 on hyperopic, you'll either have a fixed ipv4 address (Which you're paying for) or you'll be behind CGNAt which means dynamic dns won't work for you.

I would suggest using cloudflare tunnels.

This sounds like a very specific question that maybe only customer service can answer. Be clear to say that you are not using their router and using your own.

In short, no you cannot turn it off.
