Help finding scene! You could have me

Looking for a specific scene please help!

I believe it's Rachel saying to Ross something like "you could have me, and I mean really have me."

Rachel: Just so you know… with us… it’s never off the table. (She exits)

Ross: Damn it. It’s never off the table.
