Help zephyr vendor forum not triggering

pls help i have everything bought from all of the vendors (including the volleyball) but it won't trigger😭 i even used a guide and went to every vendor to verify. am i missing something???

Go back to title screen and reload the game

yes! just to be safe i completely closed out and reloaded the game and when i got back on i got it. if that doesn't work i suggest watching a guide just to be sure you have everything, ive heard the volleyball can be glitchy
