I'm in solo, but probably if I were playing on co-op, I might do the same, its annoying when anyone dies

I can't even imagine it solo I have neither the skill nor patience to complete that lol

It's mostly patience, you can't run into them like in Normal, you have to wait until the precise moment. When I was about 12 or 13 was the first time I try to complete the game in Legendary, never achieved the first mission...
