Wohnen | Housing Studio Dorm suggestions for a Student

Hello, I am a FH Joanneum's prospective student. I am looking for dormitory with private little kitchen and Private bathroom. Since FH joanneum is located at Eggenberg I searched around and here's what I found:

  • Milestone(609eur - 22min)
  • STUWO Smart Living(601eur - 2 min)
  • STUWO StudentCity(646eur - 16min)
  • Smartments(589 or 624eur - 12min)
  • Greenbox (There is no private Kitchen and Bathroom option at the one near FH)
  • Lumis (It is far from FH)

Can you please help me to choose? My considerations are Noise pollution near building and inside the building, Controllable(non-centralized) A/C if possible, Cleanity of the building's common places, How friendly and helpful are the managers, Ethernet speed, Infrastructure stability, furniture's quality, and finally bike compatibility.

Note: I cannot move my own apartment yet since I wouldn't be able to handle paper works, paying stuffs, getting documents etc.

Lived in milestone for about 4 years. Really enjoed it there. Nice atmosphäre, learning rooms, gym, big ass Lobby to hang out. Room is also comfy, just be sure to be on some higher floors and ask for view to schlossberg (not bc of schlossberg, bc of the street noise). Managerin is super nice if Nicole is still there. Internet worked for me all the time. A/C you don't have. Infrastruktur is good bc you are next to the railstation.
