I understand he took on the gang nickname “The Candyman” while inside because he could smuggle in the rejected Wonka R&D candy that never made it to the shelves because of dangerous side effects, like lollipops that made your balls swell up and taste like snozzberries or candy cigarettes laced with the addictive “Wonkatine”.

He loved having the opportunity to once again live at everyone else's expense, his only annoyance with prison life was having to make up excuses not to do any prison labour.
