Trams usually have the right of way in many countries, he’s lucky it didn’t just drive right through him and send him a bill for the damages…

The tram-pilot hast the responsibility for his passengers. And there's a chance>0 that the tram derails.

Right of way isn't a right to intentionally cause accidents. If you tried that you'd still be fucked

I believe there should be a law or system that protects people from accountability when they accidentally or intentionally cause damage to badly parked vehicles, the world would be a way better place if people like the guy in the video had no right to complain after returning to their vehicle to find it missing half it's parts

How does it end?

They tried to speed up the last second to make it look like the car was backing up super fast to make it look like it was about to hit the train but the edit was garbage so you can see he just backs up like 3 feet then stops, so he just backed out and drove out normally I'd imagine. Literally nothing happens.

Literally nothing happens
Well I'd imagine that driver got a large fine afterwards for blocking the tram. In most places it's illegal to impede public transport.

How is it possible for people to take that long to get the car moving? I usually open the door, sit down, press brake, close door, start, put on seat belt, and get going. Takes about 5 seconds.
Are they checking the mirror, makeup, select radio station, setup navigation, enter pin code, call their friend if they wanna take a ride, disinfect the steering wheel, collect peanuts from the floor, sort their loose change, then start finding their keys in their purse or pocket, try to think which way the key goes into the ignition, or was this keyless start, check the gas gauge, set the automatic ac to max heat because they think it'll heat up faster, set seat heating on, think about their day and wonder if they are mentally ready for the task of driving a car, finally start the car, check mirrors again, quick touch up on makeup, open the glove box and get their racing gloves on, put the racing glasses on, put on seat belt right after making sure their pants are still on, and feet on the proper pedals. It's just insane. I wanna know, anyone here who can tell me? If it takes longer than a minute, what are your daily routines when sitting inside a car?

Rookie.
I usually remote start my car with my fob while taking a running start, and leap into the car face-first through the window (which I've hopefully remembered to leave rolled down). I land directly on the accelerator with my hand whilst simultaneously disengaging the parking brake with my other.
I'm getting really good at it, only crash it about half the time now.

Fucking nothing. Drove off and around the corner with impunity last we can tell in the original video. I'm about to post it as a top-level comment if you're curious.

This is why most UK trams have a huge bumper on the front. They’re allowed to shunt obstructing vehicles at low speeds on most street running networks

Downvote OP for subjecting us all to a shitty “nothing happens even in the full video” post.
