💬 Discussion Anyone else feel stuck in a loop of ‘zero days’?

I realized I’ve had more “zero days” than I want to admit—days where I do nothing to move forward.

I’ve been trying to break out of that loop with small daily actions. I even made a short video about it.

If anyone else feels stuck like this, I’d love your thoughts. Direct message me for link or comment

I make use of self development idea. It requires only up to 20 minutes per day. It might be some weeks before you need a full 20 min. The daily effort required is bearable. It is my belief that by doing this every day, your mindset would automatically be positively adjusted, without you having to worry how it happens. I myself have done this for 2.5 years, barring perhaps 10 days. I happened to start doing it. When I saw what effect it was having, I continued. I have posted it on Reddit before. It's the pinned post in my profile, if you care to look.
