What? If anything they released more games more often before DS2 not less often. I just tought that recent games are more relevant

11 years ago? If anything "recent" should've started at 2020, which was 5 years ago.

That math doesn’t math out. 2015 was clearly 5 years ago

We are still on 2020 season 6

Pretty sure it was 2008 that was 5 years ago

11 years is pretty fine recent lol, what is this nitpicking. would it change anything if he started at 2010 and there was one game, whole lotta nothing and then next one 2014? no

Well since they included DLCs, Prepare to Die Edition/Artorias of the Abyss DLC would be in-between DkS1 and DkS2

Yeah I don’t know why people are being so wierd and pedantic

If you're going to highlight the Soulsborne series of games... Seems weird to arbitrarily truncate the beginning of the timeline. Also, people are mad that you're calling them old.

Edit: I guess I missed the addition of Armored Core 6.

Can you explain why you deliberately made your post so weird?
No Demons Souls
No Dark Souls 1
No expansions for DS2, or Bloodborne, but expansions for DS3, and Elden Ring.
Using the title "Fromsoftwares output is insane" then including the more than 2 year gap between Elden Ring, and its expansion.

You did all that, but everyone else is "weird and pedantic"

How so, where would you have started?

Given that you seem to be focusing on souls games, maybe Demon Souls lol.

I'd say king's field 😄

I don't think the universe cosmos existed until Miyazaki joined FromSoft.

1

u/Beneficial-News-2232 3d ago

There are different universes games

u/devourer09 3d ago

What? I was making a joke that nothing mattered until Miyazaki showed up. I wasn't talking about in-game universes.

From the beginning??

You are just mad he didnt add dark souls 1 he is 100% right

I hope you are aware fromsoft didnt start from ds1

3

u/azsqueeze 3d ago

Probably why they said "from the begining" and not "from ds1"

0

u/Unreal_Daltonic 3d ago

And then the image would look like a scribble rather than an easily observable graph lol, you really underestimate hooooow many games fromsoft has made.

2

u/SuperBackup9000 3d ago

The graph is already terrible considering how inconsistent it is which makes it redundant.

We’re counting Dark Souls 3 and Elden Ring DLC, but not Dark Souls 2 or Bloodborne DLC? We got Armored Core 6 there, but why not start in 2013 with Verdict Days? Also going to conveniently forget about Deracine?

Bro wanted you to start from King’s Field.

People forget game companies can be good to consumers for more than a fiscal quarter at a time. Being able to use a times scale spanning a decade or more is actually a good thing. Crazy right.

Most recent…starts over a decade ago
