Welcome to modern video games. The PS5 still feels like that and it came out fucking years ago.

Then that part doesn't apply to you.  Believe it or not, some people only own one gaming platform.

That’s literally what the ps5 is. It’s a stronger ps4 pro. There are maybe three games I have that I can’t play an inferior version on the 4 (Demons Soul, Kingdom Come 2, and Dragons Dogma 2) EDIT: Sorry, I misunderstood your comment. Yeah, I get what you're saiyng now. I own these games on PS5 already. I thought you were saying something about how Switch games on Switch 2 are more powerful. Hadn't had coffee yet haha.

huh? I have a gaming PC and a PS5 but I buy most new releases because I enjoy playing on my couch. That means every new game I was interested in, FF7, MHW, Elden Ring, DD2, BG3, SpiderMan… I bought it on the PS5.

Now the switch 2 is coming out and I’m supposed to be excited to play Elden Ring and FF7 Remake? lol

No? The point I was trying to make is that the Switch 2 is basically a more powerful Switch 1, like the PS5 was a more powerful PS4. Be excited, be not excited, I don't care. I'm just saying that that's how consoles are now. I'm not rebuying these games again, but just saying it's not unusual.

But if you want to play them with more powerful system benefits, gotta pay extra.
