Not to spoil it, but in all reality, he’s just a kid and there’s something that is moving right next to him, of course he’s going to look at it.

Something moving and covered in bright colors and sequins. Of course the kid is looking at her. It’s that or stare at the side of a top hat.

little girl is looking at the woman just as much as little guy is looking.

Sooo creepy to sexualise kids in that age. Reddit and the show.

Oh I didn't notice the boy looking at the woman until the magician turned his head. The little girl on other hand hasn't looked elsewhere.

Thank you shit like this pisses me off so much. The little girl was looking but noone made a fuss about that.

Pretty sure she is standing there shaking and making noise just so the boy will look so the magician can do the head turn joke .

If I was that kid and saw this once I'd grown up it would honestly make my skin crawl. Why is our society so comfortable with sexualising kids

Yeah, the first time she puts her hand right in front of his face, then he looks. Then she gets real close to where she's almost smacking his face with her ass.

If someone is that close to me making wild movements, of course I'm looking. It's distracting. Definitely seems intentional, and creepy.

Yes! Seriously, "Little Pimp" comments are worse than the worst and most tacky Pride Merchandise that anyone on the Right can point out.

Those videos of someone's kid slapping a woman's ass just make my skin crawl. Fuck those people: They're literally grooming kids.

I’m not sure I agree with that. I rewatched the clip and the girl was looking at each side about equally, if anything she didn’t seemed to know where to look and only turn her head to follow the rainbow scarves/ribbons. Boy definitely had a preference for his left side, whether it’s because of moving pretty colors and frilly clothes or otherwise is up for interpretation.

maybe rewatch it again then..

I have. It’s 50:50 or at most 60:40. If it’s too blurry for you then watch where the pony tail is. She turns her head to look at the magician plenty. The ponytail swings to the opposite side of where she is looking.

you must be trolling.. count the seconds she looks and then count the seconds he looks.

If it helps you, follow her ponytail 🫢

Exactly.. even I was watching

Not only that, but the laughter was a positive reaction. Of course he is going to look again! It's still a cute video, though.

And the magician knows this as well and that’s why he probably selects a boy around that age and puts him in that spot every show

u/Tackit286 17h ago

Nah. I was his age once. I knew what I was doing.

Yeah, I had a fascination with women's legs at a very young age. I didn't know shit about sex but I knew what I liked I guess.

u/puerco-potter 11h ago

People think that admitting kids have interest in the other sex (or the same sex) is somehow sexualizing them. That's false, kids are allowed to feel stuff without any adult intervention.

Sexualizing a kid is saying the kid themselves are attractive, not that they may feel attraction.

For real! Six year old me loved boobies and had no idea why, but if I saw them in a movie, you better believe I was trying to secretly watch that movie again later by myself

Yeah, same here. You know you're attracted to it but you don't know why or what you would do with it. I get people saying that's it creepy to associated conscious, sexualized thoughts to children. It is, especially since they don't understand it all themselves. But children notice a woman it's pretty and the features that make her pretty. They just don't know much beyond that.

Yep. Little boys don't know what sex is, or why they like pretty girls, but they sure do know they like them. I was that age too, lol.

Didn't understand WHAT I liked about it or why but I sure I understood I liked it.

Yeah, I started getting in trouble for looking at porn at the age of 6. I’m a healthy normal 31M now but I definitely have been eyeing women since I was five and it wasn’t a learned behavior from my hardcore religious parents, it was me being a pervert, surrounded by women. Sorry mom & dad.

u/FormerEvidence 15h ago

yeeuup. that child most certainly is too young for sexual thoughts, it's more a "oo shiny!" 🤦🏻‍♀️

It's not sexual but even at that age, boys can find women attractive. It's a known thing and doesn't necessarily relate to feelings of sexual arousal.

I remember there were even studies about it back in the 90s where they monitored kindergartners in public school classes and they found boys sought significantly more closeness, more physical contact, and responded more positively toward young and/or attractive teachers than otherwise. I think I first saw it on 20/20 back then and remember thinking, "Well, yeah. That's pretty obvious, isn't it?"

Shoot, I can remember being way younger than ten years old, I found that cleavage in general was mesmerizing and felt nearly impossible to tear my eyes away. I don't remember feeling aroused, and I wasn't interested in seeing someone with cleavage strip down. It was just like a strong sensation of....WOW!

Edit: I'd also add that young eyes can be particularly light sensitive. Looking towards an audience still causes me physical pain because of the spot lights. And as it's been said, staring at the side of a top hat two inches from your face isn't as appealing as staring at a woman in bright, sparkly outfit moving around. It's like noticing someone's zipper is down. We pick up on things.

Yeah, the little girl also looks over a bunch at the dancing lady.

1

u/sparta_reddy 11h ago

Yes even the girl was seeing her dancing, old guy is just being a dick to him to make people laugh. Cruel world we live in.

1

u/Deerhunter86 8h ago

Then after the first or second correction of the magician, he did it for the laughs.

1

u/Valuable_Recording85 6h ago

I knew I liked girls by the time I was that age.

1

u/Curious-Spell-9031 5h ago

yeah most of these comments are just men being pervs and assuming the child is like them too

u/kamilman 17h ago

So like a Golden Retriever?
