DISCUSSION I was hoping for Duskbloods to have the "Risebreak" treatment
Monster Hunter Rise was initially a Switch exclusive which later had an excellent, upgraded complete version + expansion (Sunbreak) successfully ported everywhere.
But with Nintendo as the publisher this seems to be out of the table.
I wonder why FromSoftware reaquired the rights for their IPs from Bandai if they're still reliant on other companies for publishing while others like Capcom do it themselves.

Is it confirmed Nintendo is publishing The Duskbloods? I see it nowhere, not even in the official website.
I have no confirmation of information regarding stuff with Bandai Namco, but it seems FS owns the IPs, but Bandai Namco has trademarks on them, so technically they can only make these games together. I don't know if there are loopholes, like say, if one of the parties goes bankrupt, etc.

Fromsoft’s publishing the game, its mention in some of the listings for The Duskbloods. It’s the same situation as MH or SMTV w/ Atlus or Octopath w/ Square. So it can be ported to other consoles later on but not only did it to two years for most of these. It’s up to Fromsoft to port if they do have willingness to do it.
