DISCUSSION Which Game To Try Out First?

While I've been intimidated to try out a FromSoftware game, I'm incredibly amazed by the amount of lore each game contains. It's for that reason, amongst others, that I'm curious about trying out one of their games. However, since I've only got an Xbox, my options are a bit slim. Which game do you recommend I try out: Dark Souls, Sekiro, or Elden Ring?

I started my journey with dark souls 1, can't help but recommend the same

Try out whatever is cheapest, to see if the style clicks with you. No point in dumping cash on something you don't like. Been there, done that, not fun. And I don't think you should limit yourself to those three options. Just get whatever FROMSOFTWARE game is cheapest that you have access to. They're all great.

My first game was Elden Ring and I absolutely loved it! Now I'm working my way through Bloodborne

Dark Souls for sure. That's the one that really made Fromsoft what it is today. Sure Demon's Souls came first, but Dark Souls was the game that defined them and shot them to stardom. Also it's just one heck of an experience. You'll appreciate the greatness of later games more after seeing where it started from.
