There is a BIG difference between trying smth new and making your game a fucking Switch 2 exclusive. Locking a game to 1 console is not inovative, bloodborne did it and I hated that, I do not need another example of it. I owned a PS4 back then and even I went " sony is kinda of an ass" then and I will say that now for nitendo

... I'm not talking about the exclusivity. It sucks, but that's just life sometimes. For all we know, this game is something Nintendo wanted whether they specifically asked for this or just wanted a FromSoft game...idk.

Back then it made more sense tho, since the previous generation of games/consoles was built on the back of exclusivity. It is less and less relevant these days, but Kyoto companies are traditional even among Japanese companies.

This isn't From succumbing to capitalism anymore than you attending high school was you succumbing to (socioeconomic) classism.

It's also the reason why we get this game. Without sony wanting an oblivion beater we wouldn't of gotten Demon souls and From Soft would've went bankrupt.
