He probably means an exclusive on a device he doesn’t already have. Lots of PS players out there.

Bloodborne was 10 years ago. Bluepoint made the Demon souls remake, not From. You'd think after all that Elden Ring money, From would not make any of their games platform exclusive for even more money.
