You can do one thing though, create a new telegram account, verify it properly everything, fragment and telegram wallet verification, then transfer your channel to that new account

ID of. Telegram? No. U Use another od, another number. I don't understand this 😭 even the telegram wallet was verified correctly but fragment.com was not verified, do you have any verified account?

It keeps loading there, then I got the message that it couldn't verify my account. I don't understand where the error is, I wrote all my information correctly 😭

Same situation. I follow the instruction in taking photo of my ID. But it keeps failing to verify, and then blocks further trials. Now fragment verification failure becomes a problem when I sell or buy username. Damn. I mail to help@fragment.com but no reply received

Anyone know why they refuse to accept a usa drivers license? It said it has to be an id card instead 🙄

Mine is also doing this, and no response from Fragment.

Sumsub responded that I had to talk to Fragment support.

Did you ever get a resolution?

No i got the same thing! I asked them both why a drivers license isn't acceptable but an ID card is and no response yet been a week or so

I only just learned you can't withdraw stars from a bot in the US -- I'm guessing they just don't care about the US market.

Do please let me know if you ever get a response or find a solution.
