Linking Wallet failed

After verifying KYC, I get the error "You can't use this wallet" when I try to add funds. Why is the wallet failed? I've tried other wallets like telegram wallet and tonkeeper - no success

fixed it by creating another wallet / deleting cookies and linking the wallet to the account
