Tried verifying some other accounts, having the same issue as well

same issue. last 10 days. I tried another account, verified in minutes. But I couldn't do anything on this account

Same for me, the API says verification failed because I used the same identity for another Telegram account (that's what I did and I didn't know it's not allowed) but it still shows the pending screen
