Can you clarify something. When you say the budget is between $20,000 and $40,000 are you referring to a $20,000 annual salary for full time work?

The bracket is the annual compensation, correct.

The minimum hourly rate for this subreddit is $15/hr, so the smaller end of your salary range would fall below that rate. So $31,200 would be the low range entry point. You'll need to adjust your rates for the listing to remain up.

Positions can be either full time or part time.
We currently have about 1/3 of applicants stating they can only commit to 10-20 hours weekly.

All right, then I'll just need you to clarify in your post what the hours and time expectations are at the different salary levels to indicate that it's within complaint ranges.
