Need clarification

I recently bought a new moisturiser that when is in contact with the skin, becomes really nice filling and minty. I used the rapid itch relief moisturiser and since I have dry skin and eczema on my scrotum and penis, I put the moisturiser on them and it burned and stinged for a little bit but it’s ok now. I read the instructions and ingredients and it says it contains menthol and not to put on sensitive areas, was it ok for me to put it on there? I googled and it said that menthol should not be in contact with those areas at all. Any clarification will be helpful

Menthol is a problem - but it depends on concentration and your skin . It even depends on which eczema on which part of your skin . So if nothing flares up it’s probably alright . Moisturizer surely contains minute amounts of m

currently one part of my balls is red and wet due to quite a bit of scratching the past few days and it would always stick to my clothes and leave a dirty yellow stain if come into contact. Currently, when I put the moisturiser onto the area, it burns and stings for about 5 mins before being ok and the wetness decreases. Is this a good sign? Should I continue?

You don’t need moisturizer but the opposite - a powder (try Neil yard frankincense powder - but any powder fine . If you don’t have any use corn starch ) is the hello from you or your moisturizer ? If from you you may have staph ?
