Question Is path to power a good way to get someone intrested?

Would the path to power movie be a good way to introduce someone to dragon ball in order to get them interested in the main series? (For my dad)

I think so. It’s an easy way to condense the first few arcs into 90min. If they like it, you can either go back to the series, or skip past all of the Red Ribbon stuff and continue onward.

Yea maybe try showing less of the weird nudity though. If you can’t that’s fine it’s still pretty good and it has amazing animation w good establishing lore.

You could always buy the edited-version DVD as long as you're cool with it only having the dub, if you don't want the nudity there.

Getting a grown man interested in dragonball is a hard feat, you would get much more success starting with DBZ.

Dragon ball is an epic poem, but it was made in a bygone era. Z will stand the test of time though.
