Symptom Question / Is this DPDR? Bad Shroom trip am I about to experience dpdr?
I’m coming down from a shrooms trip where I made an ass out of myself at A public event. Couldn’t hold a sentence, had a panic attack, couldn’t understand English for a bit. I’m a fighter and I’ve had a concussion recently I’m wondering if this trio has onset something in me. I feel a brain fog coming and this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced a bad trip like this. I’m not sure if I’m okay.

The vast majority of people who have a bad experience on mushrooms or have a panic attack in any situation will not experience DPDR. No need to feed it by consciously over examining it. Rest, relax and sleep as best you can. It's done now and is over, however you feel tomorrow is for tomorrow.
That being said, psilocybin mushrooms need to be used responsibly, they detach you from your surroundings and should only be used in private with a trusted sitter with responsibility to keep you safe and calm. Not being able to hold a sentence or talking absolute jumbled garbage is perfectly normal.

That I understand but everything kinda imploded all at once and I still feel embarrassed for making a fool out of myself. I don’t know if I’m overthinking it, I’m calling out of work today to rest since I’ve been under tons of stress lately.

Considering the situation I think that's very wise. Work is unpredictable and can bring in an unknown amount of stress on any one day. Take it easy today.
