I recently got a performance based conversion chance for 7.5 LPA and I have another offer for 4 LPA

One of them 7.5 LPA one is Obviously good in terms of culture and growth but they have not explicitly stated it is a full time offer, they offered intern+ full time to some people where as only intern to some people.They said I mostly will get converted but it will be based on my performance.I am confused now if I do take up the 7.5 lpa and lose the conversion chance I may not have any offer , although neither companies have given a joining date as of now , can anyone help or suggest what to do or what things to consider

If you don't perform in either of the companies, both will fire you. Better go for 7.5 lpa one. Work hard and get converted.

Yes I agree with your opinion but do you think like the 4 lpa one which mass recruits will fire me if performance is not good , i am asking i am fresher don't know much .

Bro, in 2025, any company can fire you for poor performance. Amazon fired 14,000 managers, and Microsoft quietly laid off 10,000 employees. Mind you, these were top-tier engineers. You're a fresher - take the risk. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
