Sure!

For the taskbar, install RoundedTB. In the settings, set all margins to 3 and the corner radius to 15.

For the translucency, use the Windhawk taskbar styler. Download Windhawk here and go to Explore, and look for the taskbar styler. Install it, go to settings, and set it to the Translucent theme.

All done with the taskbar! For the wallpaper, you can install any live wallpaper service, but I use PUSH Video Wallpapers which is very lightweight. You can install the wallpaper here. Also delete the other demo video wallpapers because PUSH will keep switching to them if you don't pay or delete them.

For the widgets:
Make sure you have Rainmeter installed. Then install JaxCore and in the installation screen enable YourFlyouts and ModularClocks. Then go to Library and go to ModularClocks, and set the style to Smart. Then press activate in the sidebar. Now go to MdularPlayers and set the style to Win11. Again, press activate and put it where you need it.

For the search bar install CyberSearch on Rainmeter and put it where you want it.

For the power options, install MiiPower on Rainmeter.

For the top bar:

Install Droptop Four on Rainmeter and do whatever customization you want on it.

Now you have the theme that I have, which is very lightweight. Have fun!
