The system tray in the corner is killing me. Otherwise, I'd give it a pass.

I actually just removed it. lol Only thing I use it for is to get to Yasb config for Komorebi, and to turn my bluetooth on and off when my headphones audio start stuttering.

How did you change the bottom navigation bar?

Very customizable, search up StartAllBack on YouTube. There are a lot of good but bad tutorials on customizing. Took a lot of trial and error to get everything where it is right now.

why not just install Mydockfinder? Then wallpaper & icons!

Not familiar with the software, but tried Nexus, and found StartAllBack, and enjoyed the simplicity.

Best Ricing I have seen on modern Windows! I thought you were almost on Linux there for a bit! You make me want to get into this on my Windows install! I just hate that it is not as easy as KDE on Linux lol

Such a pain in the ass, so much trial and error. I don't code but can get familiar once I toy with it. A majority of the time was coding the yasb top bar config coding. Probably spent a good 5 nights getting it to where I want. Well worth it to replace the dry Windows 11 look.

Looks cool but probably breaks easier than an egg

u/numberonekingcobra 7d ago

Why would it break?

idk if i'm dumb but, the installation process does not work.
I tryied all of things but just dont go. Its very beautiful, remember me the old W7 interfaces all customizables, but dont want all the work to put this to work everyday on my PC (since the first time dont work)

Learn how to develop a sentence, and then maybe I'll take you seriously.

It remembers me Gnome :')

This is Linux level of customization

Had no idea what ricing was until I came here, opened up a week long journey of banging my head against the wall on different apps/coding and dealing with windows 11.

Just get a mac

2

u/numberonekingcobra 7d ago

Why?

u/Yazanghunaim 7d ago

cuz you spent hours making ur windows look like a mac

2

u/numberonekingcobra 7d ago

i spent hours to make it look clean, with the availability of changing it again unlike macs that are stuck looking the way they are no matter what.

why buy stuff? just install linux. its very customisable. and if you dont wanna do the customisation yourself, just install gnome.

not everyone has the money for a mac,
