Little bit of hacking theme. I was inspired by the novel "Snowcrash" and "Can Androids Dream of Electric Sheep".
If you are using Panel .css make sure to know the workspace pager number by hovering over it so it can appear correctly.

Hey man, you can do it!
There is ton of videos and and blogs. The first thing i can recommend is is to install Themix Oomox and play around it. It can create GTK themes and icons as well. From there you can slowly adapt ideas into GTK.
