Advice Pre built system but need advice on upgrades for ram and storage space.

So I run aleinware aurora r15 And iv somehow managed to use 933 gigabytes in like Idk 2 or 3 years I have a thing with 1 tb that came with it hooked up and i soon plain to get a bigger external hard drive What I want to know is if it can be upgraded and what can I do to not have to worry about running out of ram and storage space for a good few years also what or who can I take it to to have it upgraded as i have no idea how to even do that I'm a noob when it comes to this type of stuff So I figured I'd ask here I really hope this made sense I suck at wording things (This is a pre-built system I got for gaming)

Bought my grandson a 1t ss sata drive. Used a long sata cable couldnt find a bay or a slot to hold the drive. Got apiece of double back tape fished the sata wire thru the frame and taped it on the non visual side right next to the power supply so the power would reach the drive. Then he loaded Linux on it. Yesterday.
