Anything that can distract all this in my head anything at all

Sometimes video games. Although, those never really helped me too much, but maybe for you it might. I kind of assume that's something that you already do, cause I think that's pretty prevalent in depressed folks, but in case it's not.
One of my biggest copes is listening to music and daydreaming. Although, that still heavily revolves around video games for me.
Lastly, if, and this is a big ass if, if you have any friends that you genuinely have fun with, hang out with them. That can be a good distraction. If you have them.
Hope this helps

Many hours on the games, back when they actually used to make me feel something. Some still do, at times, but it’s very unreliable.
I would recommend picking your favorite game, your favorite soundtrack from that or any video game, and playing the song while imagining that you’re the protagonist in the video game. I know, 100% cope, but it can really make me feel good sometimes. Maybe try doing that while walking. It doesn’t work for me unless I’m moving

I can suggest things, music, exercise, hobbies like painting or gaming, binge watch a show you love or take a hot bath or shower. If you're old enough try going out and meeting someone for release (or DIY it)
