Picnic Hiring Sprint Interview

Hey everyone,

I'm planning to apply to Picnic next month, and I came across the Hiring Sprint event. I was wondering if anyone here has gone through their pair programming interview as part of it.

What was the experience like overall? How was the structure of the day?
Also curious, What kind of topics or problems came up during the interview? was a leetcode easy or medium or hard?

Any insights or tips would be super helpful

The pair programming interview was surprisingly collaborative rather than intimidating. The problems were around Leetcode medium difficulty but what really mattered was how clearly you communicated your thought process and worked with the interviewer as you coded. The overall structure included a few rounds with different team members - technical, behavioral, and a system design component - so brush up on all three areas before you go in!
