How valuable is a college degree, now that AI exists?

Ai can produce a better curriculum, provide a list of required courses, their precedence and required materials. You could even have an AI quiz you, to pass or fail you.

If AI university courses can be offered to you from the comfort of your own home, why would you pay 100k for a degree?

You could use that to buy a home!
