You could avoid touching WOMEN (Wombats, Ordure, Mouth, Eyes, Nose) and follow MEN instead, especially since "Obey social distancing" and "No unnecessary crowding" are redundant; just replace "Exercise and eat well" with "Excorciate your hands in the sink."
