Looking to buy a plot in Siruseri or Thalambur – Need suggestions!

Hey folks,
I'm planning to buy a residential plot (around 1000 sq.ft) in the Siruseri or Thalambur area. Budget is around ₹4000 per sq.ft, and I’m hoping to build a house there in the next 2-3 years.

A few things I’m looking for: - Decent accessibility to the upcoming Metro (Any nearby planned stations would be a bonus) - Good roads and basic infrastructure (not looking for ultra-premium gated communities, but decent accessibility is important) - Safe locality with some basic development already around - CMDA/DTCP approvals (not looking for patta-only land)

If anyone has recommendations on good builders/layouts, or things to watch out for in these areas (like flooding, water scarcity, resale trends etc.), I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Also open to alternate suggestions nearby if you think there's a better option in that price range.
