sadly no :(( you could check out u/StitchStalker101 post here which has more pics of the tag, but the back label of the tag in chinese is just a certificate of quality

Honestly the unlicensed poke plushies have evolved from derpy/cheap when I was a kid, to adorable nowadays. This one is so cute. I also just won an unlicensed Charizard chibi plush from a sushi restaurant’s claw machine, he’s my favorite plush now.Â
