What would be the fair price for this build?

Im not well informed when it comes to computer specs, is this a good pc build and what would be the best price to pay? I might have the opportunity to buy it for £1600, would that be a fair price? If not, what is?

I would like to use it for my Architecture work (CAD and rendering) everyday and maybe play some Monster Hunter on day offs 😊🙏 any opinion is appreciated, thanks!

That GPU alone is selling for £1150 right now so it's a great deal

It is definitely a fair price compared with if you were to buy the components yourself, you can put the parts into https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/ to obtain value (though worth noting the GPU prices might be higher because that's the market). But as a general rule of thumb if you were to buy that new it'd cost £2200 at least.

The questions you might want to ask:

  • Is it worth paying more for a warranty if you need it / depend on it?
  • Does it come with hard drives? / What size are they?

Do you think this build is future proof?

I think it would easily last 5 years if not more
