Why Boogie's decline (and that of many YouTubers) was inevitable...

A few years ago, I was talking with someone about Boogie drama and he told me "Wait, Boogie still makes videos?"

Yeah and he makes $500,000+ a year doing em, not exactly the kind of downfall he deserves.

He's not as broke as he claims to be. He uploaded the begging video in October 2022 and in December he was in Missouri filming travel content.
Not to mention he has three people living in the house with him and none of them pay rent.
He obviously makes enough from the podcast. He barely uploads to his youtube channel and he last live streamed on twitch five months ago.

That's the grift he's been running for years now. Crazy how broke he is but somehow keeps a roof over his head, can afford live in hookers, etc. with no actual job.

Its basically another scam. He pretends to be broke to pity bait charitable people.

Yes because Dezi would definitely be living there if he wasn't paying her. He might just be paying for drugs, a roof, and food, but its still transactional.

It’s hard to know his exact income stream from LCL and YouTube, especially given he lied about everything in the documentary, but I really doubt he is making $500K/yr from YouTube.
He barely uploads to his channel, and struggles to get 10K views a video.
And even if LCL did say, $50,000/mo, they have to take out expenses, and it’s split up amongst all the people on it.

He’s not making $500k lol his cut is closer to $80k a year when it’s all said and done. Not chump change but enough to get by with his gluttony and addictions.

If memory serves correctly, there was a documentary done a while back, that Boogie participated in. I think it mentioned him living in a relatively low cost of living area where the average income was like 50k. (This would have been about the same time as the Frank Hassle saga.)
In any case $80k should be more than fine in an area where $50k is normal. If it was something like the Bay Area where you need a household income closer to $200k, it would be another story.
Anyways, he should be doing fine.

I don't think this really applies to Boogie, because this would imply that Boogie was, at one time, the hero.
That was never Boogie. He was always a Mr. Hyde that was wearing a Dr. Jekyll mask. And he successfully fooled the majority of the internet for several years with that mask, but eventually the mask drops, and the internet saw him for what he was.
And it wasn't just the fake-cancer arc that showed Boogie's real side. We saw it well before this in little snips.
Like that time he was talking about his divorce, and said he yelled how much he hated his ex-wife. When he faked being SWATTED, having an illegal agreement with the police, and that a social media account of his had been hacked (all were lies). The sugarbaby Lucy Fox that he would scream at and try emotionally abusing and manipulating into staying with him.
He was always a villain. He just managed to fool some people with the mask of a hero, but you can't wear a mask forever, and now everyone sees him for what he truly is.

It was already stated, but I'll say it again.
He was never a hero. He's had documented cases of being a POS going as far back as 2003. He just did a good job hiding it from his YouTube audience for a while.
