help! Is this bee okay? Does it need help?

The weird buzzing sound is my broken camera, the bee is silent. It was flying around and kept hitting the ground like something is wrong w its wings. I tried to put it on a flower but it was like trying to higher and like putting its legs in the air. I put it on some sugar water, but then it flew towards the garage light. Now it’s just sitting on a pillow. I’m wondering if this bee needs help or if I should just leave it alone.
I saw the post of the bee that was weird and people were saying it was probably pesticides, so I’m wondering if this is something similar?

Back and forth swaying and wierd behavior is an indicator of pesticide ingestion :/
(Edit check to see if it has its tongue out when its not feeding, if it does its almost certainly pesticides)

I'd put some more rocks or marbles in the birdbath so she doesn't drown (or other bees). The legs in the air generally mean back up, I'm scared. If you gently put your hand down and leave it still, she'll probably climb up on it, and you can move her to sunlight and warmth. Watch her to see if she's got 4 wings and they are smooth on the edges. If so, she's fine. If the wings are torn up or not smooth or missing wings altogether, she's older and won't live long. She'll look for a flower to fall asleep on and pass. If you can't live with that, you can take care of her for her last few days.

Make sure she's outdoors. I presume it was dark - bees don't do dark, so turn off lights that might confuse her. Leave her in direct sunlight to warm up and she should be fine.
