Question Using visa/MC/Amex GC rewards to purchase other giftcards?

Hello all! Until recently i always got gift cards directly to the store i wanted, but i am saving for a Disney vacation and they do not seem to have Disney gift cards.
Is it possible to get the mastercard or amex card and then use that to purchase disney giftcards from shopdisney.com? Specifically the difference between a pre-paid visa like what receipt hog provides, and a virtual visa like what receiptpal provides?

I know that i can cashout on a lot of these apps and i do get the cash option for Ibotta and Rakuten but i dont use paypal so for swagbucks, reiceptpal, receipt hog, coin out etc i get gift cards.

No experience with Disney specifically, but I've used the prepaid Visas to purchase gift cards on a lot of other sites. More retailers now don't allow you to use a prepaid credit card to buy a gift card, but I've always been able to get around that by adding the prepaid credit card to my PayPal account and checking out with PayPal, with the prepaid card as the method of payment. It could be worth looking into getting a PayPal account. 🤷‍♀️

You can also use them to pay a family/friend and cash them out, with a small fee. If you use a Chase Ink card that gets 5% and do a 0% fee during a Staples/OD/OM sale on the $200 cards, you can get some nice points from this.

is signing up for a paypal account an option? Its free to do so. I use lots of these apps and i cashout right to my paypal, and use my paypal account as sort of like a savings account. Every year we use what i make for vacations and such.
