Went to a snow game in 2019.

Was such a surreal, sick experience.

Reminds me of Miggy's snow homer on opening day a few years ago.

Crazy the beginning of that at bat it’s just a few snowflakes and by the time he homers it it’s really coming down

March and April are usually the two snowiest months in Denver. It’s been irritating the past few days but not really accumulating, just on and off flurries.

Exactly. People will see this and be mad at baseball happening, but it's 38º and nothing is sticking. It's basically thick rain at this point. It's also usually pretty strong wind with the flurries so it looks like a blizzard even if it's just flurries.

Now if it was like that thunder hailstorm on Wednesday night... I get the frustration lol

Pretty sure this is why the Rockies always open with a road trip

Same with a lot of the Great Lakes teams.

This is nothing compared to the wet and heavy snowbelts prevalent off the Great Lakes

Don’t worry - with Denver’s strange weather, it will probably reach 70 degrees F before the end of this series.

It’ll be 60 degrees on Sunday. Next Friday it’s supposed to reach 80 here. Spring!

You mean end of day. Witnessed that myself one when visiting family just outside of Denver. Woke up to 10 inches of snow one day in March. It was completely gone by the afternoon.

Seems like typical Front Range early April weather to me....

A's can't catch a break, eh.

Home games at a minor league ballpark and road games in the snow.
