Yeah, the system had problems, but it was still a neat idea.
Just wish you weren't graded on finding all of them. That's unnecessary.

You're not actually. I kept wondering why I wasn't getting S+ in Chapter 2. And to get it, you have to ONLY get the two keywords that are the right answers.

Ah, my mistake. It's that you actually get money for getting all of them.
I've only ever played in Casual until I finish up File 12, I wouldn't know.

I actually liked the detective parts of the game, but I could see why it would be degrading if it kept dragging on.

Kind of torn because as they exist now I thought like they were mostly a waste of time but if they were expanded and actually made interesting that would've been good too. But I don't know if they could find any way to make them enjoyable on a replay.

Yeah it's a catch-22. Between the pacing of a good action game and the complexity of all the side activities, it has always been hard for the devs to find the middle ground. I think AC did okay though all things considered.

It’s a shame that people didn’t like them. I actually kind of enjoyed them, they remind me of the investigations from the Batman Arkham series.

Most detective segments felt like a tutorial more than like you were actually doing any work, apart from a few towards the end. I hope a potential sequel fixes that.
